Free Shakespeare: As You Like It ASL-interpreted @ Highland Park

All the world’s a stage…
RCP’s Shakespeare Players are excited to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of producing Free Shakespeare at Highland Bowl with this summer’s production of As You Like It, directed by Maria Scipione.

The performance on Saturday, July 22 will be ASL-interpreted!

Performances start at 8pm every night, with no performances on Mondays. Bring a chair, a blanket, a picnic, and your sense of humor to the park, and get ready for Shakespeare under the stars!

Shakespeare’s classic comedy is set in the 1960s, when crisp suits of the Mad Men era gave way to the flowing flower-child fashions of Woodstock. “We combine the magical power of the forest of Arden with Woodstock: a place where Shakespeare and Jimi Hendrix find common ground,” says director Maria Scipione.

Refreshments will be on sale at the concessions tent during every performance. Eat Me Ice Cream will visit each Friday.
